I move along this path in life without picking flowers along the way. I understand them, I smell them, and I see their beauty, yet I leave them to grow. Walking along we see dead flowers, stepped on, and dirty in the middle of the path. Saddened, we continue walking. We walk without shoes. Feeling each and every struggle under our feet and learning what to avoid on the trail. We learn, we grow, and as we get older our feet get stronger and feel less of the pain. But we can’t put our shoes back on.
